| Join us for eight days of glorious on/off road riding at a relaxed pace! We'll explore Colorado's rugged back country, following old mining roads, stagecoach routes and abandoned railroad beds. Nothing too challenging, but moderate off-road riding skills are in order for this tour. A dual sport or "adventure" bike is appropriate. (Contact us with any questions about required skills or motorcycle selection)
In mid-September, the summer crowds will be gone, the high country aspen will be starting to turn gold, and the mountain air will be crisp and clear!
We've done extensive research to find the best off-road riding areas offering spectacular scenery and interesting history: ghost towns, railroad tunnels and stagecoach roads. Bring your camera and plan to use it! |

“Thanks Bob for a great ride thru the Colorado Rockies. This was my
3rd trip thru the Rockies and with no doubt my best. On the other two
trips I followed the ..............scenic highways designated on the
map. This time I discovered that there were so many roads that are
far less traveled and twice as beautiful. Gathering the history that
related to the areas in which we traveled was SUPER. Like I told you
prior to my trip, I had no idea of what I saw and what I missed on
the other two trips. Also, staying out of the tourist towns allowed
us much more saddle time to see and visit those little out of the way
